Subject: [FERGUSON-L] Ferguson Cemetery
Ferguson Cemetery is located in Oletha, Limestone Co. TX.  It is
very near Lake Limestone.  This is the family cemetery of Joseph Ferguson
who first settled in Washington/Brazos Co. Tx. & came to Limestone Co. Tx.
in the early
1840's.  He is my 3rd great grandfather.  I am sure you must have seen the
announcement I put out on it, the memorial for this cemetery is 18 July.  We
gather & have lunch under the trees.  The oldest marked grave is that of Joseph
Ferguson's last wife Hannah  who died in 1866.
Thank you for asking,  I have worked very hard on this old cemetery to try &
help keep it up.  I am in the process of working on a quarterly news letter
on this area with proceeds going to Ferguson Cemetery.
