James Weaver. In Oct 1921, Walker Co., Ga., R.C. Hicks submits a petition to be the admn. of the estate of Georgia Higgins (b. 21  May 1849, d. 2 Nov 1921) giving his relation as nephew, heir and next of kin. On 4 Jan 1922, Walker Co., Ga., E.M. Higgins states he is a brother to Georgia Higgins and also asks that R.C. Hicks be named admn. for the estate of Georgia Higgins. On 9 Jan 1922, Eliza Weaver, who was the former Eliza Roberson, shown in above census, states that she i a sister to Georgia Higgins, and also petitions for R.C. Hicks to be admn of her estate. On 16 Jan 1922, Walker Co., Ga., Mrs Martha L. Hicks states she is a sister to Georgia Higgins, and she also asks that R.C. Hicks be named admn. On 10 Dec 1921, Walker Co., Ga., Thomas S. Higgins, whose address is shown as Tulsa Co., Okla., states he is a brother of Georgia Higgins, and also asks that R.C. Hicks be named admn. for her estate. Rebecca Higgins nee Fain, Widow of John Higgins, son of John J. Higgins.
