Mary Ferguson 12 Ky. The name, age and state of birth would indicate that Mary Ferguson was a sister to Riley H., see 1850 Clinton Co., Ky. Judge Thomas Campbell Ferguson of Burnet, Tex., was a son of William Marion Ferguson, he a brother to Riley H. & Jasper Newton Ferguson. In a letter Thomas C. Ferguson writes that his father mentioned visiting with his mother, Mary (Cambell) Ferguson, and brothers Jasper Newton and Riley H., this while they were in Ga. This also may explain why William Marion is not seen in the 1860 census of Milam Co., Tex., although he is known to have been there prior to 1860, he was simply enroute at the time the census was taken.
