From: Mike and Diane Wills

I am researching Nimrod Ferguson(1786-1865) who is said to be the son of
Thomas or John Ferguson.  Nimrod was born in Wilkes Co., NC.  With his
brothers Joel and Micajah Ferguson(1784-1866) he settled in Wayne Co.,
IN circa 1810.

Nimrod returned to NC to marry Elizabeth ISBELL, the daughter of Thomas
and Discretion (HOWARD) ISBELL, in 1818.  He then returned to Indiana
where he farmed.  Micajah married Elizabeth's sister, Frances, in 1808.

Does anyone have information on the parents of Nimrod Ferguson?

Mike and Diane Wills

I have a Ferguson family that came from Wilkes Co., NC.  I have been
trying to connect to the parents of Nimrod Ferguson without success.
Perhaps the posting of this line will help someone, and maybe someone
knows the parents.
