I am looking for a James Ferguson who was married to Ella Mary Ellen Gilbert
born 1867 and had a son named Samuel Clifford Ferguson she died when Samuel
was an infant in 1899 in Woodlawn, Ill.  I don't have any info on James except
that he gave Samuel to the Gilberts to raise after she died.  Samuel then
married Clara Anna Jader in Seldon, Kansas and had my father Carroll Ferguson
they later moved to Palisade Nebraska where Samuel and Clara both died.
Please help

Thanks for the help but there is so many James Ferguson's and not knowing any
parents or siblings it is really hard to know where to go.  I think everyone
in the world named their sons James or Samuel.  I even had brothers named
that.

Do you know if your James Ferguson was ever married?  My James from what I
have heard was only married once and that was to Ella Mary Ellen Gilbert and
she died about Aug 1989 in Woodlawn, Illinois.  Also do you know if he had any
other children
