I am Heather Ross, researching the family of Isaac Ferguson, b. abt. 1775, with a special emphasis on the families descending from the marriages of three of his daughters into the family of Lazarus Ross.
It appears that this Ferguson family moved from Virginia to Ross County, Ohio in the 1790's. I am interested in obtaining copies of primary source documents on the family below.

Isaac had an estate probated in Jul 1842 in Highland, Ohio. (3) John Ross, Administrator of the estate of Isaac Ferguson, deceased, vs. the heirs of the decedent. Petition to sell land to pay debts.
Plaintiff alleges that Isaac Ferguson died seized of 200 acres on the waters of White Oak Creek, save and except 66 and two thirds acres which he sold to his son Eli, and 66 and two thirds acres which he sold to Samuel Pettyjohn.
Decedent died leaving his widow, Charlotte, and Eli Ferguson and Catherine, his wife, John Fox and Mary, his wife, formerly Ferguson, David Ferguson and Anna, his wife, Josiah Ross and Emely, his wife, formerly Ferguson, Hulda Ferguson, John Ross and Hanah, his wife, formerly Ferguson, all of Highland County, Shaderick Ferguson and Sarah, his wife, of Licking County, Ohio, Joseph Crockett and Rachel, his wife, formerly Ferguson, of Ross County, Ohio, Jane, formerly Ferguson, widow of Jacob Pettyjohn, deceased, Samuel Pettyjohn and Abigail, his wife, formerly Ferguson, and William Ross and Rebecca, his wife, formerly Ferguson, the last four of Edgar County, Illinois, his heirs at law.
In 1820, Isaac is living in Springfield, Ross, Ohio. In 1830, he is living in White Oak, Highland, Ohio.
Isaac's supposed father-in-law, Simeon Haines, wrote his will on 19 June 1833, in which he leaves a share of his estate to the children of my daughter Sally, who intermarried with Isaac Ferguson (they both being dead).
