"Hello, i am new to the Ferguson list.I am seeking information on David Clinton Ferguson(b)in North Carolina around 1800.He shows up in 1840 and 1850 census of Washington county Virginia with Wife Sarah 36, daughter Nancy J.18 and Eliza 14,and John W.Ferguson 8 years old. In 1851 David moved his family(all but Sarah) to Clay county Kentucky on Sextons Creek where bought a tract of land there.David and John show up in the 1860 census of Clay county with Eliza living next door who had married Morris Baker.I would like to find more info on the place and county David may have been born in North Carolina....Thanks for your time Lonnie Parker"
