I was looking through Roots and the surname Ferguson and your impute.

I have just recently started looking up my husbands roots as he lost contact

with his mother around the age of 5.  I would appreciate any information and

help.  My husband's great grandmother was Nancy Jane Ferguson Born in

Mason County, Texas, October 29, 1882 (we believe).

Do you know anything about her?  We know that she married John Wesley

McCollaum and there were at least 3 Fergusons married to the McCollaum's

and I have data on that.  Also we believe she had a cousin that whose name

was Margarete Caroline Brown, B May 22, 1870.
 
It is our understanding that Nancy Jane Ferguson Indian or part Indian

from newly found relatives.  Do you have anything information regarding

this data?
