I am looking for the following John Ferguson
Sarah BARTON, d/o John & Elizabeth, md. John
Ferguson in Orange Co., NC in 1789 & had Andrew, John,
William, Archibald Ferguson. William settled in
Poseyn Co., IN & lived next to William
BARTON, his cousin.

John was born about 1766 but I don't know where. My
gggrandfather was Archibald and he was born in Chatham
County NC and married Sarah McMasters in Randolph
County NC in 1819.

County. Married Sara Barton b.1770/1771 in Randolph
Co. Had three sons all born in Randolph Co, John
b.1792, William abt.1794 and Archibald b.abt. 1796 in
either Randolph or Chatham Co.

I do not where John came from or anything about his
parents.
