In May Ferguson's obituary in the Keota (IA) Eagle in 1908, she married
David Ferguson in Cooper-Angus, Scotland, in 1850.  David was from
Blairgowrie in Perthshire.  My current British road atlas does not
include  "Cooper-Angus" or any parts of "Cooper-Angus."  Hopefully,
someone reading this post will have some ideas of what this place name
means.

For those who may be interested, the family of William Ferguson, which
includes David and May, emigrated to Tazewell County, Ill. in the early
1850's.  Most of the family eventually emgirated to Keokuk County, IA.
