Been a while thought I'd repost.

  I am looking for ancestor & descendents of Levi Ferguson.
His info:

Levi Fergusonb abt 1826 in TN(possibly Rhea Co.)  He
married on 25 Jan 1848 in Rhea Co. to Rachel Collins by
Samuel Frazier JP.  They had 4 children.  1) Columbus b abt
1847 in TN, 2)MArgaret b abt 1848 in TN, 3)Samantha b abt
1851 in MO (Samantha married Gilbert Adams) 4) Robert H b
abt 1853.  Sometim between 1853 and 1860 Rachel died.  Levi
then married my gggrandmother Mahala Mitchell in 1861 and
they had two children: Lizzie Arny and James Clay.  Living
nearby him in 1865 is a large Fergusonhousehold: Aaron(74),
Catherine (60), Conley (31), Nancy ( 23), William (26),
Priscilla (22),
Talbot L( 21), James M (20), Mary L(17), Irwin (16),
Pleasant(14),
John H(13), Catherine E(11), Lucy J(10), Nancy E (9), Emma
A (8),
Nancy J (4), Thirza (2). Aaron and Catherine came originally
from NC traveled to Rhea Co. TN then to MO and in 1865 to
Kansas.

I do not have a definite connection with my Ferguson
although they have been in alot of the same places at the
same times and I don't know what became of them after 1865.
As they were living in Douglas County Kansas near Lawrence
it is entirely possible that they perished in the  strife
that was present in that area. 4 of the men were indicated
as military service. Conley, William, Talbot and James.
