Stephen Willis, both from Franklin Co. VA was actually only married to a Ferguson (still looking for the first name of him). I really enjoy this list. You all are hard working genies. I have Fergusons in other brances of my family, but not in my direct line. I'm just a little miffed that I can't be directly related. But if it is any consolation by other surnames: Logan, Bell, Willis, Ketron, Rosette, & Lipscomb ,etc are just as difficult. The Ferguson's don't have the market on being that alone. Good luck to all. By the way if anyone runs across my Sarah Helms married to ? Ferguson, let me know. I think it might be an Isham Furguson, I find him married to a Sarah on the 1850 census, Franklin Co. VA, Isham is 35, Sarah is 29. If anyone can confirm this for me, I would appreciate it. Sarah's father was Thomas Helm's. Deborah Logan-Guy
