I just joined this list tonight and am sorry to say that I missed part of the
thread here.   Could you send me the first part of this string so that I can see
if your Ferguson's are connected to mine?
Also- let me start a thread of my own:

Researching the Ferguson family.  Fred Ferguson was married to Lola Nancy Peyton.
Fred Ferguson worked at the Panama Canal
Zone and lived in the city of Gorona-  about 1909 to about 1916.   They moved to
Jessup, Indiana about 1916 or 1917.  They had four children: Vivian Caroline ,
Albert Preston,  Fred P. Jr.,  and Elsie.
