I am researching Elijah Ferguson born in about 1775 in VA who married
Elizabeth Jackson in 1806 in Wilkinson County, MS.  They lived in E. 
Feliciana Parish, LA, then Carroll County, MS where he died in 
1843.  His father may have been John Ferguson of Culpeper County, VA 
died 1794 in Culpeper and who married Martha Hammett.
