Generation One
          1.  William George Ferguson; born 1811 in Chester County, South
Carolina; died 8 Jan 1879 at Jackson County, Florida.
           According to the research of Beth F. Usry, William George
Ferguson was born in North Carolina in 1811.  (There are some records
that say 1815, one great grandaughter thinks it was 1825, but 1860
Jackson County Florida Census has him listed at 49 years old.
      He is buried in Stephens Cemetery near the Florida/Alabama line. He
and Hannah Louisa CONN were married in 1843 in Chester County, South
Carolina.

            3 ii.James Henry Ferguson, born 16 Dec 1847 at Jackson

            5 iv.Charles Cecil Ferguson, born 11 Mar 1852 at Jackson
County, Florida.
            6 v.Mary Elizabeth Ferguson; buried at Panama City, Bay
County, Florida; born Aug 1854 at Jackson County, Florida; died 1932 in
Panama City, Bay County, Florida.
            7 vi.Eliza A. Ferguson; born 1856 at Jackson County,
Florida.
            8 vii.Nancy M. Ferguson; buried at Oktibbeha County,
Mississippi; born 27 Dec 1858 at Jackson County,
Florida; died 3 Feb 1892 at Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, at age 33.
She has been listed as Jane.
            9 viii.Andrew Bailey Ferguson; born 1864 at Jackson
County, Florida.
   In 1893 Murder charges were filed against Andrew B. Ferguson and his
brother-in- law Thad Coonrod.  Thad was tried for murder. Andrew's brother, James Henry, helped him leave Florida. He and Emma Florence COONROD
were married on 28 Mar 1885 at Jackson County, Florida.

Generation Two
            2.  John Tyler Ferguson; born 5 Jul 1844 at Chester County, South
Carolina; died 25 Nov 1912 at Sumter County, Georgia, at age 68.
He Fought in the Civil War. After marrying Mary E. Ray, he moved to
Lee County, Georgia, bringing brother Edward with him. In 1893, John
Tyler and his wife Sara sold land in Jackson County.  This is recorded
in Jackson County Florida. He and Mary Elizabeth RAY were married on
19 Feb 1868 in Jackson County, Florida. He and Sara COBB were married
on 16 Jan 1883 at Americus, Sumter County, Georgia.

           Children of John Tyler Ferguson and Mary Elizabeth RAY were as
follows:
           10i.George Robert Ferguson; born 8 Jan 1869.
               He was called Bob.
           11 ii.John J. Ferguson; buried at Ben Green Cemetery,
Gray Moss, Lee Co. Georgia; born 1 Oct 1872; died 10 Oct1886 at Lee County
at age 14.  He Died when he was thrown from a horse on his father's place
in Lee County known as River Dan's Farm.  He is buried next to his                    mother.
           12 iii.Minnie Ferguson; born 1 Feb 1876.

           Children of John Tyler Ferguson and Sara COBB were as follows:
           13 i.Mary Helen Ferguson; born 16 Aug 1884.
           14 ii.William Frank Ferguson; born 11 Apr 1893 at Coleman, Georgia.

           3.  James Henry Ferguson; buried at Malone, Jackson County, Florida;
      born 16 Dec 1847 at Jackson County, Florida; died 8 Aug 1919 at
Malone, Jackson County, Florida, at age 71.
      He Helped his brother Andrew flee from Florida murder charges. He and
Eliza Ann KING were married on 9 Sep 1869 at Jackson County, Florida.

10 Apr 1924 at Plains, Sumter County, Georgia, at age 74.
      He First mayor of De Soto, Georgia; also ran a hotel for a time.
Taught school at the Ferguson school house in Lee County 1880-1883.

CROCKER were married in 1883 in Georgia.

Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, at age 93.
      He Buried at Double Springs Baptist (Chestnut Log) on Sturgis-Maben
Road, about 10 miles north of Sturgis or about 5 1/2 miles south of
Maben, MS. He and Mary Elizabeth DOUGLAS were married on 9 May 1877 at
Oktibbeha County, Mississippi. He and Rosa L. FOSHAUN were married on
4 Apr 1886 at Oktibbeha County, Mississippi.
